How We Build Efficiency
All new Christopher homes are ENERGY STAR Certified. Each ENERGY STAR certified home reduces greenhouse gases by 3,700 lbs. per year, and use 15-30% less energy compared to a typical home. Since 2013, Christopher Companies has consistently been awarded the ENERGY STAR Certified Homes Market Leader Award and has participated in the program for over a decade. To date, Christopher Companies has certified over 900 homes in both Virginia and Delaware, placing us within the top 30 builders in both states.
