This past fall, Christopher Companies served as the builder captain for a charity housing project led by Operation Renewed Hope Foundation that was completed and unveiled this past week! Partnering with HomeAid Northern Virginia, KTGY Architecture + Planning, and over two dozen trade partners, the home located in Alexandria, VA will provide housing for veterans coming out of homelessness.

The $140,000+ renovation project surrounded around a split-level single family home that originally featured three bedrooms and 1.5 baths and was in desperate need of an makeover and expansion. The construction project included expanding the home to include 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a complete renovation of the kitchen, shared living spaces, flooring, electric and plumbing, light fixtures, roof, and exterior siding and landscaping.
