For our homes built in Delaware, the “Shore Series”, embodies coastal-style home styles designed to suit many lifestyles, such as retiree’s, vacation buyers, investment opportunists, and more.

The Cameron stands out as this year’s top choice with the highest number of purchases thus far. This home style is a part of our townhome ‘Carlson series’ and is currently offered at The Townes at Little River Crossing a brand new community in Annandale, VA. The Cameron is a 20′ wide townhome plan featuring approximately 1,900 – 2,309 sq. ft., 3 – 5 bedrooms, 2.5 – 4.5 bathrooms and a 2-car garage. This contemporary, open and inviting floorplan features 3 levels as well as a 4th level optional loft with or without an additional bedroom, rooftop deck, and wet bar.
Our next most sought-after option is the ‘Taylor’ single family home. The Taylor is a part of the beloved ‘Carlson series’ and is currently available at Hidden Meadow Estates, our single-family home community in Manassas, VA. The Taylor is an open concept craftsman plan featuring 3,094 – 5,040 sq. ft. with a loggia and a luxurious 2nd floor owners suite. Enjoy 4 – 5 Bedrooms, 2.5 – 4.5 Bathrooms and a 2-car garage with plenty of desirable options! The 2nd Half of 2023:
As for the second half of this year, we excited to unveil even more opportunities for prospective homebuyers. ‘The Turner’ will be the newest addition to the ‘Carlson Series’. This single-family home will have 4 – 5 bedrooms, 2.5 – 4.5 bathrooms, and be approx. 2,700-4,200 sq. feet. This homestyle will feature an open concept living space with vaulted ceilings and soaring windows in your new home office. Expect this new and exciting plan to be offered throughout new communities in Virginia.
For our Williams series, we are introducing ‘The O’Keeffe’. This new plan will be another one of our single-family home styles and will feature approx. 4,800-8,000 square feet, 4 – 7 bedrooms, and 4.5 – 6.5 bathrooms. This home will also include a side-load 3-car garage! We are so excited for this new homestyle coming soon to communities in Virginia and Maryland!
Last but not least, we will be debuting ‘The Walker’ in our ‘Shore Series’ in Delaware this summer. The Walker is a villa home style with approx. 2,300-3,096 square feet, 3 – 5 Bedrooms, 2.5 – 5.5 Baths and a 2-Car Garage. Options include an a large rear lanai, pass-thru window with bar top from kitchen to reach porch, as well as options for a sunroom, fireplace and so much more!
