41st Annual Virginia Wine Festival– Bull Run Regional Park- September 17-18, 2016

Taste over 200 Virginia wines (unlimited wine tastings are included in your event ticket) and purchase your favorites to take home to enjoy all year! General admission tickets are $29 in advance and $40 at the gate.

Cox Farms Fall Festival– Centreville, VA- September 24, 2016 – November 8, 2016

Cox Farms Fall Festival is the largest and most popular seasonal event destination in the Washington DC area! With slides, entertainment, food, games, and hayrides, there’s fun to be had for the whole family! Tickets are $10 during the week and $15 on weekends, and can be bought at the gate or online.

Fall for the Book Festival– Fairfax, VA- September 25-30th, 2016

Calling all book lovers! This festival showcases different authors and pieces of literature, and encourages readers of all ages! Most events and lectures are free of charge, unless otherwise noted.

Fields of Fear– Centreville, VA, September 23, 2016 – October 29, 2016

Get your spook on at this haunted nighttime destination! Go through the Cornightmare, or take a ride on the Dark Side Hay Ride! Basic admission costs $15 and a parent or guardian must accompany everyone under the age of 14.

The 21st Annual Irish Folk Festival– Fairfax, VA- September 24, 2016

Featuring 4 different performance stages and multiple groups and dancing, this Irish Folk Festival is the perfect place to get in touch with your Irish roots! Admission is free, and you can browse different workshops, crafts, and food vendors. Sláinte!
