Fred Kober founded the Christopher Companies in 1974 and established an organization comprised of professionals who truly love what they do and that pride themselves on a team approach to design, development and building. Through the years, the Christopher Companies has lived up to those founding principles and exceeded expectations with a commitment to professionalism, passion and personal attention to make sure every client not only loves their new home, but loves the entire home buying experience. Today, you can find Christopher Companies’ homes in Fairfax County, Arlington and Prince William County in Northern Virginia and at the shore in Sussex County, Delaware.
