In order to make this determination, WalletHub’s analysts compared 82 cities in the state and evaluated four different dimensions: Family life and fun, education/health and safety, affordability and socioeconomics. Each category accounted for a number of different-weighted metrics, including commute time, quality of school system, air quality, crime rate, affordability and unemployment rate.
