Congratulations on your new home and welcome to the Christopher family! Your new home includes a 1-year Christopher Companies builder’s warranty. Your new home warranty is managed through a digital service request portal, which you can access by clicking the button below. A specific individual username and password for portal access will be provided to on your day of closing.

Some notes on how to optimize your experience:

  • We prefer that Items not requiring urgent attention will be handled at either the submission of your 60-day list or your 1-year list. Please submit your one-year warranty list 30 days prior to the builder warranty expiration. Your expiration date is one year from your date of settlement.
  • Please upload items individually.
  • If you feel it necessary, you can upload photos of requested items.
  • If your request is more urgent in nature, please enter a service request and include the date and time of your request, once entered a service representative will be in touch.
