Jamie Gerace, one of our tenured community sales managers, joined the Christopher family in 2017. She has worked with many of our homeowners in our communities throughout Northern Virginia, and has been working in the new construction industry since 2004. She has an extensive background in reading blueprints, grading plans, interior design, and enjoys watching a community come full circle from a raw piece of land, to seeing a completed community with school busses running and Amazon packages being delivered. Jamie has been awarded several Sales Achievement awards throughout the years at the NVBIA GALA Awards. Jamie grew up in the Northern Virginia area, and is well versed in local jurisdiction, and is very knowledgeable regarding the growth and developmental plans in our marketplace.
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time with her 4 boys and is an avid hockey fan. Her favorite team is the Washington Capitals, and her sons college team. Jamie also enjoys traveling and photography, and volunteering at her boys schools.
