Brittany Havenner has been part of the Christopher team since 2016. Brittany is a native to Fairfax County and currently serves as the Director of Administration and previously served as the Executive Assistant to the President and Settlement Manager.
Brittany holds an associate degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Virgnia Community College and started her career as an office manager for the National Technology Rentals in 2012. Brittany began her career with Christopher Companies as the assistant to the Office Manager and has since been promoted to her current position, where her duties include preparing and processing settlement documents, ensuring closings abide by state and local recording requirements and department procedures; and working with various Lenders and Title companies to confirm closings occur as scheduled. In addition, she works closely with multiple county municipalities and attorney representatives processing rezoning applications, easements , subdivisions, and lot grading plans for approval. Brittany manages a yearly average of 50 -100 settlements, and growing, throughout Virginia, Maryland and Delaware and is a key attribute to the company’s success and growth.
In addition, Brittany is one of the founding members of the Christopher Cares Foundation, serving on the Board of Directors and holds the office as Treasurer.
