The Monroe home that was submitted for consideration featured a now sold-and-settled home at our Meadows at Rose Hill community in Alexandria, VA. The Monroe is a craftsman-style home designed with the 2020 work-from-home environment in mind. This home offers a workspace option with a newly redesigned foyer. As the consumer is spending more time at home, we also redesigned the kitchen to provide a double island.
