The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) recently released their analysis of data from the Quarterly Starts and Completions by Purpose and Design survey, and revealed that the latest trends in homebuilding are quite telling of the industry!
It was found that in 2014, there was a 20% year-over-year growth in the custom home building sector alone. While it may be a narrow measurement of the market, the fact remains that countless families are considering a custom-built home, and that they are using the ever-improving economy to do so!
