Christopher Companies is proud to announce that Craig Havenner, President of Christopher Companies, was honored the Emil Keen award at this year’s NVBIA Presidential Ball.
The Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA)’s Presidential Ball is a formal event focused on celebrating the homebuilding industry, reflecting on the accomplishments for the past year, as well as welcoming in the new year’s leadership team. This year’s ball was held on January 27th, 2018 at the Hilton McLean in Tyson’s Corner.
Per NVBIA, the Emil Keen Award is presented to a member whose lifetime contributions and involvement to the Association exemplify leadership, commitment and dedication to further the goals of the housing industry. Many previous recipients have been members of NVBIA for 30+ years and given tirelessly of their time and resources, without these amazing dedicated individual we would not have been able to accomplish what we have today.
Craig Havenner is the 14th recipient of this award since it’s inception. Mr. Fred Kober, the founding father of The Christopher Companies, was the 2nd recipient in 1994 .
