Jeanne Glavich joined Christopher Companies in 2024 as a Community Sales Manager in Delaware. With over a decade of expertise in new home sales, Jeanne brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. Originally hailing from Pennsylvania, Jeanne found her home in Ocean City back in 2006, where she resides with her family and two feline companions.

Graduating from Salisbury University with a degree in marketing and business, Jeanne had the background she needed to further cultivate her skills working with reputable builders like KHOV and NVR. Beyond her professional achievements, Jeanne’s passions extend to nurturing her garden and enjoying boating adventures with her husband.

Fun fact: Jeanne’s determination doesn’t stop at work—she even completed a Half-Marathon in Ocean City!

Jennifer is a seasoned sales professional with over 25 years of sales experience in many industries. She is currently in Home Sales with over 10 years of experience in the New Home Sales Industry. She also has 17 years in the Interior Design Industry as well.

Having both professions under her belt she can help several buyers achieve and envision their goals, not only on the outside but also on the inside. Her goal is to make sure the Home Buying experience is one of ease and fun and making sure the homes meet her buyers needs and expectations. She is able to paint a picture for the buyers of the finished product, so they look forward to creating beautiful new memories in their dream home.

Previous to working with The Christopher Companies she worked for Ethan Allen for 14 years as an Interior Designer. She was responsible for creating her own business base under the company structure.

Also worked for Toll Brothers as a Sales Manager for 7 ½ years in several communities throughout Northern Virginia. Selling product lines of condos, townhomes, single family homes and multi million in McLean, VA. Working with first time buyers all the way up to the Active Adult Buyer.

Jennifer also worked for DRB Homes as the Design Studio Manager. Where she assisted home buyers with their interior selection needs. Her 1st year she sold $5.2 million in upgrades and her 2nd year $5.8 million. She also won the Gala Award in 2023 for best Design Studio and experience.

Jonathan Horne joined Christopher Companies in 2024 as a Community Sales Manager in Virginia. Jonathan is a current resident of Potomac Shores, VA, residing alongside his wife and beloved Chihuahua, Tamino. Originally a Kentucky native, he is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a degree in Political Science. With a robust background spanning national and regional builders and agencies like DR Horton, KHov, and Brookfield Residential, Jonathan brings extensive experience to our team. His tenure includes co-managing sales for prominent condominiums in the DMV area with McWilliams Ballard. In his free time, he and his wife are dedicated volunteers for the US Naval Academy, embodying their commitment to service and community involvement.

Lauren Earp has been with The Christopher Companies since April of 2022. While studying Business with a concentration in Marketing at George Mason University, Lauren started as an intern at Christopher with the sales and marketing team and transitioned into a full-time position after graduation. She assists with various sales and marketing duties, as well as settlement management and event coordinating. This includes social media creation, execution, and management, website and advertising assistance, various marketing and sales administrative tasks, maintaining the company blog, assisting with settlement management, homeowner care, and so much more for each community that we have. Lauren is also a founding and active member of The Christopher Cares Foundation.

Allison Landry has been with the Christopher Companies for over 7 years, overseeing all marketing operations throughout Virginia, Delaware, and Maryland. She holds a degree in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and following, landed a position with a national builder, gaining critical industry insight and marketing skills that ultimately impacted the role she is in today. Allison is responsible for managing the overall marketing strategy for over 15 communities with a production volume of over 100 homes. This includes managing the company and various community websites, social media and email content design, event planning and execution, maintaining and growing the customer and partner database, and collaborating with outside agencies and vendors to develop and measure metrics for various advertising strategies.

Allison is also on the board of the Christopher Cares Foundation and holds the office as Vice President. The Christopher Cares Foundation is the company’s philanthropic arm, where she helps organize and promote a wide range of events that contribute to multiple causes and organizations, including various community clean-ups, the Relay for Life, Walk to End Alzheimer’s and various HomeAid and NVBIA efforts. In her free time, Allison loves to spend time with her dog, binge on true crime documentaries, visit the beach where her parents reside in St. Augustine, Florida.
